Cold-brewed is the way to go!

Hi, I have a Toddy and love it but I have one question. Do you let the coffee steep for 12 hours at room temperature, or in the fridge? The instructions don't specify. Thanks.

    POLL: WHAT'S WRONG WITH STARBUCKS?

Caffe Latte stole my answer. 90% of the time I drink plain Jane coffe and theirs tastes horrible. I like strong coffe and I've had good, strong coffee. Theirs tastes burned.

    Frech Press

I cant imagine even trying to find a non-decent french press. Above $25 - $35 you are paying for better materials and looks but not necessarily better functionality.

Thank you Quink, that was the kind of useful reply I was hoping for. Much appreciated. Any knowledge the Artemis? If you got to Briel's website there is a maching somewhat boldly marked as "NEW" called the Apollo which looks very similar. I wondered if it is their new line.

"Budget" machines (Briel, Delonghi, and Krups).

Hello all. I'm looking into getting an espresso machine. I would first say that I am a big home audio and home theater buff and have thousands of dollars worth of equipment. My friends always want advice on what "home theater in a box" to get that goes for like $500 total. Needless to say, I...
