Hi, I have a Toddy and love it but I have one question. Do you let the coffee steep for 12 hours at room temperature, or in the fridge? The instructions don't specify.

Caffe Latte stole my answer. 90% of the time I drink plain Jane coffe and theirs tastes horrible. I like strong coffe and I've had good, strong coffee. Theirs tastes burned.
I cant imagine even trying to find a non-decent french press. Above $25 - $35 you are paying for better materials and looks but not necessarily better functionality.

Quink, your formula indicates why a scale wont work. Scales dont measure PSI. PSI is a unit of pressure, scales measure weight. I dont think it is as simple as converting based on size of the item.
