I am just starting out... How much cash do u think is needed for a coffee shop...1500sq ft, $150,000 start up incl. equip, build out etc. what portion of the $150,000 should be non borrowed money? What is a comfortable amount? Thanks

Mochachino drinks Best I've seen is: Whole Milk Ice Fry's Cocoa powder Good Quality Dark Chocolate syrup Fresh Shot of espresso Play around with the quanities...but it works out quite well. Better than a mix. Hopefully your espresso is high quality.
