We have a cafe in our church. It is called Crosswinds Cafe. Mainly because the cafe is in a building that we call the Hangar. We are near an airport and our church began by meeting in a hangar many years ago. I am not sure who thought of the name, but it has stuck. Cheryl

Right now I am keeping the bottles in the kitchen and just putting syrup in 2 oz (not full) plastic cups for serving. I have to label them all and I am reusing them. But it is a pain. I will look into a different shaped bottle. I really did not mean to get everyone in an uproar. Sorry. Cheryl

The issue is not that people are not allowed to drink. The issue is this is a hang out spot for teenagers. We want to send a good message for them. I think if only adults were the costumers, it would not matter so much. Plus I agree with him about the issue.

I have a small cafe in my church. My pastor thinks the flavoring bottles look like mixed drink items. Does anyone have an idea about changing the bottles to look different? Right now I am keeping the flavors in the kitchen and that is becoming a hassle. Thanks, Cheryl

I am told it is an espresso machine. There is a separate grinder. I do not think there is a brewer. I have looked at the web site. It is being delivered on Wednesday. I guess I will have to play around with it. Cheryl

We are going with White PLAIN t shirts and navy or black pants. Plus we have aprons with the logo sewn into them. That makes it easy for everyone.
