We roast on a 1963 Probat L12, recently refurbished. We installed it with a static gas line which is about 8m long in total. We run it off 2 x 48kg LPG bottles and we're getting long roast times if we try to do a "full" batch (12kgs). We've compensated for this by dropping the batch...
