I generally use a tea bag. Simply pour hot water in a cup and put a bag in there for 5 min. Green tea is ready. I usually like to experiment with the flavors My personal favorites are green tea with lemon or ginger.

Authentic Turkish coffee must always be served with foam on top. Coffee should be allowed to sit for sometime before you actually drink it. This allows grounds to sink to the bottom of the cup and settle. And you're not supposed to drink those grounds. I hope that helps.
