    Spam posts on the forum

They're arriving in my personal email account. It's the same email I used when I registered for this forum. It just had me wondering since there were spammers on here last week. I was hoping the spammers didn't start all the useless posts in an effort to disguise the fact they were harvesting...

    Spam posts on the forum

Anyone else been getting a flood of registration emails to their inboxes? My email is being flooded with random sites I never registered for. I'm receiving about 10 emails per minute. Hopefully it's nothing our random forum spammers did. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

    Spam posts on the forum

I tried to report a post, but I couldn't keep up with all of them. So I tried reporting the user, but I don't think Tapatalk has that functionality. Thanks for the attention on this issue and quick response. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to make a general update post on the forum saying you've...

    Spam posts on the forum

Admins, I don't know if you've noticed, but recently there has been a lot of spam posts to the forum. Might want to look in to tightening up security as it puts us all at risk.

For those who sell home roasted coffee, what kind of grinder are you using?

I'm glad I can be an inspiration for you. And don't fret. I left the Eight O'clock Coffee sticker on the grinder. I just covered it with my logo. That way if I ever need to sell it, I can peel mine off and it will be good as new. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

For those who sell home roasted coffee, what kind of grinder are you using?

I'll have to try a 19oz batch. I was always afraid it would be too much and the coffee wouldn't roast even. But, if you've done it, then I'll give it a shot. As far as the motor goes, it's a 12v gear motor capable of 0-60rpm. I got it on Amazon. Fairly cheap too. Here's a link: Kimdrox Mini...

For those who sell home roasted coffee, what kind of grinder are you using?

My operation is pretty simple. It's a modified Whirly Pop popcorn popper. I know multiple threads have been started on those. I just motorized mine and wired up a speed control so I can increase or decrease the agitator speed. It's pretty simple and it roasts evenly. I have been able to...

For those who sell home roasted coffee, what kind of grinder are you using?

Well, here it is. Cleaned it up and ran a half pound of coffee beans through it. Works like a charm. And it's fast!

For those who sell home roasted coffee, what kind of grinder are you using?

I bit the bullet and purchased a Grindmaster 875. Got it used on ebay in stellar condition for $150. It has a big Eight O Clock Coffee label on the front of it. That'll get replaced, of course. I'm guessing that's why nobody wanted it. I was the only bidder. I'm either lucky or everyone else...

For those who sell home roasted coffee, what kind of grinder are you using?

Haha! Yeah. Believe me, I hate the Krups grinder. On the other hand, our coffee has been well received and it has mostly been made for friends and family who aren't necessarily coffee snobs. I don't grind 5lbs per day every day in half hour increments. It's just when I have 5lbs of freshly...

For those who sell home roasted coffee, what kind of grinder are you using?

Thank you for the input. I had no idea the home grinders were only good for 1-2lbs per day. It probably says that in the instruction manual I never read. I'll keep an eye out for other machines like the Bunn LPG you suggested. Thanks again!

For those who sell home roasted coffee, what kind of grinder are you using?

Hey folks. I'm new to the whole coffee roasting thing. I've been roasting for a little over four months now and have learned quite a bit, but I'm looking for some equipment input. More specifically, regarding the type of grinder the good folks of the coffeeforum are using when they sell their...
