how about getting a manual espresso machine? You'll definitely learn the grind, tamp pressure, water pressure, pre-infusion, etc. to a 'T'. If you can master the manual, you'll make the best espresso of your life :)

Indonesian traditional roasted coffee from Sipirok, Sumatra. Nobody in the states has this except us, mmmmm ;)

Ceramic. I drink either light roasted Africans, medium roasted Indians, med-dark SE Asians. With Indian coffee, I like to make espresso. Milk goes extremely well with them, mmm. For Indonesian coffee, I actually like to roast it with palm sugar, powder it, brew it strong, and enjoy it with a kretek.
