I like LP machines because they provide some strong espresso shots, which is what I prefer. It is a crapshoot though getting the right one especially if youre buying used.

I dont have much experience with them, but when I did use it I really didn't enjoy the process and the taste wasn't as great as I was used to. I`d look towards a pump driven machine instead.

Definitely agree with above. Stay away from franchises. Do your own thing and you will have much more freedom to expand.
