I just ordered a pound of green coffee beans from wallenford estate--and immediately after read that mavis bank estate is far superior, and sometimes wallenford can have a :cry: cabbagy-taste?? Is this true? ...Did i throw away $30? :shock: And also--anybody have any tips for roasting it...

That is something that I'd really like to get into...what kind of equipment do you need to get started? Obviously green beans, but can you use a regular oven? How would you avoid making the beans bitter? are over-roasted beans a cause for bitterness? :)

coffee is delicious and necessary and a sensory experience and yea ofcourse so is sex ....how to choose......... well i definitely wouldn't give up sex ....but how could i give up coffee!? I'd choose to just kill myself! haha Has it really been proven in previous studies that coffee drinkers...

Hi everybody So recently i picked up from the supermarket coffee brewed in west chester, it had the date roasted and everything on the label. The brand is called Kimbleton and the whole bean blend i bought was African Mistress, similar to a french roast but didnt stay too long on the palate...

oh man thats horrible, i was planning on ordering from them soon but now im having second thoughts! when did you order from them? maybe their service has deteriorated since i last ordered from them--that was about a year or 2 ago

Re: local roaster Do you by any chance supply to Lou's Too in Trappe, PA? They have the best coffee and yea im pretty sure i remembered reading on the menu that it was Green Mountain Coffee! WOW!

well i'm not sure if i have established a core favorite roast, blend, etc. I'd like to know what other people recommend. Any kind! And helpful recommendations for espresso blends would be also helpful, but it doesnt have to be limited to that. After reading that review, it just got me...
