Since every tongue has its personal taste, i guess you have to be more specific about what you preferred to. For example, I am a maniac of raw dark-black sugarless coffee, so all creamy stuffs feels worse in my tounge.

i drink about 2-4 glass of hot black coffee a day. no mocca, cappu or latte, just black !

I live here in Indonesia. Almost every major coffee brands had their own instant-pack. You can easily find it even in small-far from town-village. Just name it, nescafe, kapal api, torabika etc. They all very good in terms of sales and business.

In my country, the market-share of "instant coffee" is higher than "coffee". All the coffee-company here finally providing an "instant" version of their brands ...

Hi Rose ! thanks for the warm welcome .. Couple years ago in late 90's cafe or coffee shop was very hard to find in Jakarta. But now, there is starbucks and many coffee-shops in almost every big malls here, a coffee-hour has become a culture for urban people. But for me, since i am a family...

I never had cold coffee, its just so weird for me to drink a cold coffee. feels like something is missing. And all I can say is - temperature does matter :)
