I buy my Beans in 1kg bags (usually a 250g of something different at the same time)
I put 250g of beans in an airtight coffee tin .. and that is my 'in use' beans
The rest I leave in the bag, roll down the bag to exclude air, then add a wide neck bag clip to keep it closed.
