I've accidentally gotten grinds in my mouth from badly made French press coffee. Nasty. I couldn't imagine eating it on purpose. But the chocolate beans are nice. Would you eat the grinds just like that or make like a cake with it? Haha, "like sand, but not as nice."

Wait, so I'm confused. Is the caffeine difference in light vs dark roast negligible or is there a difference and the lighter roast have more caffeine? Is it the roasting that takes out the caffeine?

I don't see how cold coffee would have less caffeine...It's brewed at the same temperature as hot coffee...and in your body they end up the same temp anyway. I think it just seems that way because when you drink hot coffee you do that sipping motion, and get more oxygen to your brain. But I'm...
