    X2 All coffee needs to degas not just ground coffee. Storing that much coffee not bagged means that your handling it an additional time. More labor = less profit. Also if your roasting more coffee than your demand then why not roast as needed for freshness. Most roasters are 10 - 15 kilo...

    Roasting Peaberry Coffee

    Pea berry from china, humm? Peaberry comes in small and long type. They both roast differently, I roast the small taz pea berry in a medium roast, not going to dark as pea berry has lots of flavor you do not want to roast out.

    Once you find a broker...

    Referrals is the best way to go. It also keeps the broker honest if you compare notes with other roasters. I buy from broker my friend referred. Comparing notes he was paying more buying 6000# per month while I buy 600# per month. Lets just say the broker got a phone call to straighten that out...
