Hello, I have the same issue you did.
A couple questions:
Where did you get the valve assembly?
Were you able to resolve the polarity issue?
Hot water and coffee work fine for me but I think one of the two solenoids in AS00003110 for the steamer is not working.
The resistance on solenoid...
