Does anyone have any thoughts on a San Franciscan 6lb roaster? I'm looking for a small batch roaster for a shop that's easy to vent, reliable, and great for 3 to 5 lb roasts.

Thanks guys. I heard that some water is superior than others when it comes to pulling espresso or just brewing drip coffee. I guess the only way to find out is to actually try it.

Hi all, I'm trying to decide what brand of water to use, for hooking up to an espresso machine through a flowjet. Any recommendations? I heard that Crystal Geysers are great, but they're hard to come by in Canada.

I did, but I'm getting conflicting answers from different sources. Seems like they range from 5 ft 7 in to 6 ft 4 in.
