Jay, I would not attempt to use this building due to it's small size. Once you place your equipment inside, you are out of room and will be bumping into yourself everytime you turn around. Also, $2500 for a building that size it too much unless it is in pristine condition.

You should consider buying a coffee maker that uses liquid coffee extract. I know that some folks will shudder at the thought and believe the old fashioned method is the best method, but if you haven't had a cup of coffee made from one of these machines, you are missing a treat. If you are...
