Agreed with PinkRose, I am using Imusa ones bought from amazon and happy with them. It happened one time that I put the fire so high, it burned the plastic handle broken, but the pot itself is still working very good until now :-)

I have no idea about coffee lower gout risk. What I know so far is you should not drink over 4 cups of coffee in a day. Coffee in general is good for your health if you drink it properly.

oh yeah many vietnamese drink so sweet coffee mix with condense milk or sugar, with/without ice. And many of them love the bitterness of Robusta coffee, but not me, I like the scent of Arabica :-)

you can try Vietnamese Arabica and Mokka, every year Vietnam exports just a small quantity of these, their scent is good, specially the Mokka. The rest quantity that make Vietnam the world 2nd country exporting coffee is Robusta.
