Always bigger. My first job after my apprenticeship had the first 5 kilo Ambex sold. I got so busy in that little 600 sq foot shop that I had to hire a manager to keep up with the shop because I had to focus on just roasting all day.

Sorry. It's been 20 years since I worked on a Probat. Im sure if I was in front of it I could remember. Getting old stinks! Have you contacted Probat dircetly? I am sure you already know this but will throw it out there...adjust the drum when it is really hot. If not you will drive yourself...
