Ambex help.

Hey guys new to coffee forums!
Opened our cafe in Feb, have began roasting our own for the past 3 weeks.
Ambex ym2 with profileplus dcq

Yesterday the temps were being weird and now I have probe errors and no reading in that program..

When I open up the national instruments program it reads the temps and all just fine.

Forgot to add that in the status screen it says

code 32812
then in the source it says FP read.vi
