Hey everyone! I'm looking for an authentic (or as close as I can get) recipe for cafe con leche. Anyone out there have one? My mom would love you if you did.
Basically it''s just a stronger brew of drip coffee, putting in a good amount of ice balances it out and makes it a bit more tolerable. From there just add regular cold milk to it. Either add sugar or a base syrup (not vanilla, use classic) to taste.
