Good day, Folks
Please, I own "The Barista Express" by Breville, and it's been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. Recently, my son surprised me with some high-quality espresso beans, and I was excited to try them out.
However, I've been noticing that the espresso shots I'm making with these beans have a bitter and sour taste, despite adjusting the grind settings and other variables. Even the puck has been unusually dry and hard to remove.
I'm seeking advice on how to improve the flavor of my espresso shots with these particular beans.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
