Does anyone know of any barista training courses on the east coast (in the US)? Thanks.

CoffeeFest will be in Chicago in February, there will be classes and seminars there. Also there are trainers that can come to you for 1,2,3 or more days at your site.

What is your situation and what do you want as far as training. www.coffeeschool.org (ABC's) offers not only intesive espresso "lab" training for your entire menu, but also full business training for those looking to get into the business.

If you are a barista and cannot afford to pay for a consultant I can give you some recommendations of other great baristi on the east coast you may be able to get help from.
