BBQ Roaster?

Hey, I saw on a website a company that sells a roaster that you hook up to your BBQ Grill.........anyone ever used one of those? I bet you really have to babysit one of those or end up with charred remains!

once you get your roast times down pat, should be a piece of cake.

I use the Coffee Roaster Club 10 lb setup. Once you get use to how your grill operates, you can get really good roasts.

I did have to block off the back part of the grill to trap in more heat to bring the full batches to 15 minutes to second crack.
