I’ve been researching about the best espresso machine for home use over the past few days because I want to make quality coffee at home. I read reviews on The New York Times (Wirecutter), Consumer Reports, and Popular Mechanics, and they are recommending these two as the best options:

PHILIPS 5500 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine
https://www.amazon.com/PHILIPS-Fully-Automatic-Espresso-Machine/dp/B0DBHTL3CN

CASABREWS CM5418 Espresso Machine 20 Bar
https://www.amazon.com/Espresso-Professional-Removable-Cappuccino-Macchiato/dp/B09X3WGJ3R

However, I’m having trouble deciding which one would best suit my needs and would love your expert advice. I usually make espresso, cappuccino, and lattes, and I want something that’s easy to clean, durable, and consistent.
So which one should I buy — the Breville Barista Express Impress or the De'Longhi La Specialista Arte? Any recommendations or personal experiences would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Phillips home kitchen and espresso machines...are not good. That Casbrews doesn't look like a dual boiler which is a must for me if you are a latte/cap drinker.

This will be a weird suggestion, but it is more of a controlled by the person espresso maker instead of an automated espresso machine that you have very little control over.

I have a Cafelat Robot manual lever espresso machine that requires no electricity to operate the machine. I can make espresso that tastes better than what I can get from coffee shops around where I live!

This video explains how to make espresso with a Cafelat Robot very well:

There are a lot of videos on You Tube about this machine if you want to learn more about it.
