Can you identify this cafe?

I remember reading about this one cafe that opened in a stone tower/ fort of sorts and was surrounded by foliage (think jungle).
I think it was in Asia, maybe Vietnam or Taiwan, but I'm not sure.
I've been trying like crazy to find it again but I can't.
Does this description ring a bell to anyone?

I would bet there are probably several that fit that description in the world.

Very difficult to search. I tried 50 most unusual coffee houses in the world...and so on. Nothing really shows the exterior of the coffee shop...mostly the interior, or barista pulling a shot, or roasting...but not of the exterior necessarily.
