Hello and I just joined the community. I have an old Capresso C1000 that is leaking water from the bottom of the heating unit. I contacted Jura to see if they could offer any support and was told that it would cost $580 to just get the unit into their facility for inspection as they do not service these units anymore. The little sleeve on the bottom seems to move in an out a little, but it doesn't disconnect like the other fittings in the machine. Any assistance in getting this to stop leaking would be greatly appreciated.
