I just recently installed a Carimali MX3 machine. It worked for about two weeks. Now The machine only grinds the coffee but doesn’t make a puck or anything, it just drops the grinds in the waste bin and that’s it. I can't get anyone on the phone to help walk me through it. Does anyone have any experience or insight towards this type of errors with Carimali machines?
