On the same subject -opening a coffee shop- my idea is starting with something small and expanding little by little, when I'll feel on solid ground. So what about the cash register and credit card terminals? Is it a key element that requires a sophisticated machine with a touchscreen or any small cash register should do the trick at the beginning? I'd like to keep things simple, as I'm sure I'll have a lot on my plate as it is, but also don't want to waste money on crap just because I'm starting. THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT!
