2. Where/how it is grown?

3. How it is roasted?

As a green coffee exporter, the type of bean means the most for me.
As a coffee drinker, "how it is roasted" means the most, then, "how it is processed" (not how it is grown). "PROCESSED" means "washed process", "dry process", "honey process"...etc which changes the flavors of coffee much more than the type of beans or how it is roasted

Quality of the green coffee is the most important to me, which also has a lot to do with how it is processed, like Alex says. I will drink quality specialty coffee from any origin, no matter the processing or roast because it is all a great experience. Yes, I have a few preferences, but, like wine, I'm not about the same same same...forever...amen...

Obviously, roasting as it is the most nearest thing happened to the beans and it's gonna effect the taste at most.
