if you do not mind me giving you one suggestion, it will be 100% better for you website design and more convincing to your customers if you use your own roasted bean REAL photos, rather than using internet stock photos.
that would be really good beginning for your website.
It seems like you are just beginning with your business, I wish you the best. (because we all have been there before....)

Honestly, your website needs to be improved quite a bit and since it IS ON-LINE BUSINESS, your web must be perfect and be able to attract customers with complete information about your products, services and CREDIBILITY.

Sam, there is one thing that you must fix RIGHT AWAY.
in RETURN section, your web designer used "Electronic return page".
Sam, you are selling coffee. but in "return for reason", it has.... Dead on Arrival. / Faulty, please supply details...etc. These are for electronic items, so I suggest you to fix this ASAP.
