COFFEE ROASTING COURSES IN NY AREA

HEY ALL....I am very new to all of this, but i am interested in finding roasting courses in the Ny area.....I''m sorry if there are topics on this already but there is so much to read for a first timer!! does any one know of any courses to take?
also....any functioning factories to visit would be a great experience as well.....
