We are currently selling our family owned coffee shop that is located in Salt Lake City area. The store has just had it's first anniversary and is growing. Unfortunately we cannot keep it due to family medical issues and the time needed for operation.
We've invested over $200k in the store and it is top notch with the best equipment! It is also a LIVE MUSIC venue with many performers scheduled. That is something that can be pursued even further!
We are selling at a very low price for a quick sell. Owner financing possible. We will entertain all offers but would need at least 50% cash down to finance the other half of the purchase.
All cash offers will be considered first!
This is a franchise type operation with a licensing agreement in place to use the name.
