Hello Folks! Looking for someone who has experience on converting a roaster to propane. I want to know whats the proper diameter of the new burner orifice? your help would be highly apreciated!

What brand roaster? Size? Manufacturer not local?
 
Call Paul at Roaster Dynamics. He just did a 60 kilo for us. You have to rejet and may need a new valve / controller
