Converting garage for basic health code (home coffee roasting)

Hey guys, who here has converted a garage into a state or city legal coffee roasting area?
What was required for your particular coty/state?

Are you asking about roasting coffee for home use (just for yourself, friends, and family) or are you planning to create a coffee roasting business?

I did my first event this last weekend sold about 30 pounds of coffee plus about 45 drinks athe a cigar lounge. I have 2 events this week and 5 more for the rest of the month which is growing rapidly and the first I did just thinking about doing a trial run. Now that it's growing I need to get health certified before something goes wrong. So yes it's to roast at home and sell as a business.
