Desired Temp out of Shower Screen?

I have a Profitec 500 Pro (pre-PID)
Heat Exchanger Boiler.
Hot Water Wand water at 200° F
Adjusting Pressurestat to dial in brew temperature.
What temperature should the water be coming from Shower Screen (no portafilter on it)?
Currently with pressure at 1.6 bar the temp is 181° F out of Shower Screen
What is desirable range for H2O going into coffee/portafilter?
