I am wondering about the viability of opening a drive-thru stand in a part of the country where it snows a lot in the winter. Primary concerns are access (snow removal/ice), expenses (heating and loss of heat out windows) and employees (snowed-in, etc.).

Does anyone have specific insight/advice about this type of setup?

Thank you from a newbie!

I bought my drive-thru from Mountain Mudd. They are based in Billings, MT. and get lots of snow so they could probably tell you the pros and cons of winter weather. I'm in Texas, I only have to worry about heat. And humidity. And hurricanes. And giant roaches. LOL

Larry
