Do any of your roasters out there partake in drop shipping and if so, what kind of commission do you pay the middle man? Have you had much success growing your business this way? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Look into Amazon's FBA program. As long as your product is well packaged, with proper expiration date, they can do all the packing and shipping for you... for a price of course. But you get to capitalize off their huge customer base!
