This is my first time on this forum. I did a quick search and didn't find anything about this. I have a 10yr old Expobar Office Lever Plus that's working fine. I did some major maintenance on it and noticed that the inside of the E61 is copper colored along with some green corrosion in some spots. I can get replacement parts for the mushroom and internal valve parts (which I've ordered). Should I replace the whole E61? Replace the whole machine? New machines are around $2000.

Is it OK to continue to run this way or should I look at replacing the E61 grouphead?

I don't think it would be an issue assuming you occasionally de-scale the boiler, and flush the head with proper cleaners.
As long as the water you are using is fairly neutral and at least not highly acidic.
