Good day,

We're in the process of selecting our coffee machine for our new coffee shop. We're choosing between:

a. La Marzocco Linea Classic 2 Group

b. San Remo - Torino

Any suggestions and recommendations? Thanks in advance.

It's not even a debate. LM Hands down. Exceptionally engineered, a work horse, easy to source parts for, large network of machine techs--easy to work on. A proven machine.

Second to that.... Not even worth the debate....

Its a debate, I wouldn't get caught dead using the LM! LOL!!!!!

Between those 2 choices the LM may be the better option, but IMBHO the Linea is nothing more than a polished turd. Worked on one for some time as well as a LM FB/80, which is a more expensive/sophisticated polished turd. OVER priced/hyped more than any other brand with the coffee tard crowd.

It would be fun to have debate on which commercial espresso machine is the best for its value under 10,000 dollars. What do you all think?

Yes, but there should be some ground rules.

Those who are debating need to back up their recommendations with facts, experiences, documentation, prices, etc.

I'd hate to see someone participate because he or she wants to advertise a particular brand. (paid shill)

Also, name calling and derogatory remarks shouldn't be allowed.

If everyone plays nice, it should be an interesting debate.
