For real: why use powders at all?

With a good, high hp blender, you can really slice the ice, and make a mocha or any iced coffee w/ flavor shot that's pretty tasty.

People who use Big Train and other systems: Is it the texture you like? Convenience? Customer demand?

I'm finalizing my very tight mobile espresso counter, and I have to make room for this stuff or not. As a consumer, I don't use it, I just like a good espresso. So I would be very, very grateful for the opinions of the experienced retailers.
