Hello new to the board.
Looking for help as I was descaling my Accademia and after rinsing the water container, it started back on cycle. Then the message code reappeared to rinse and fill water container.
No matter what I have tried, unplugging etc I cannot get beyond this code.
I appreciate any help on where to look next.
It has been a great coffee maker. Looking to get it bak up and running.
