Green Bean Storage

I see a lot of different types of buckets used for either storage or just measuring.
Is it better to store green inventory in closed buckets rather than the sacks? If so, any suggestions on the container type?

Brute makes NSF FDA approved buckets

I use the Brute 44gal buckets to store my bags of beans, for measuring I use food safe 5gal buckets from Lowes.

Same here, Brutes with the dollies and the lids that are made for them. But I don't keep the beans in the bags.
