I'd love to work that out! Really!

Thought I had the tipping thing under some amount of control but it showed its' ugly head again last night with a Sweet Yellow Brazil...frustrating Too much heat at some point in the roast...just can't figure out where/when. I think it is with the heat on when I charge the drum. Perhaps I should be holding the heat back until a minute or so into the charge...?
