Has anyone ever used CrimsonCup as a consultant?

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum, but what a great and informative web site. I am in the early planning stages for a Coffee house in Southeast Michigan, and I am looking for a consultant. Has anyone ever used, or heard results of CrimsonCup out of Columbus OH?
