Have a Roaster Authority 15kg?

I recently purchased a 15kg Roaster Authority machine. Great machine, super excited!

It did not come with any documentation/paperwork. Does anyone out there use one of these, or know someone who uses one of these, who can help find some paperwork? Im just curious on specs and maintenance.

was it a new or one of his refurbished his way roasters? I would assume if you called him he would send you a quick start sheet at least

Charlie, It was a used machine he used in operation until this past week. He did not have any of the paperwork.

okay but if he used it then he could at least jot down some simple instructions for you. He had no problems taking your check!! Take Topher up on his offer he will get you squared away. If it has the profiling system then Paul Ribich of Roaster Dynamics in FL is the manufacturer/designer for that
