I have some questions on coffee grinders
I was having trouble with reading specs of grinders
there's some terms that I have know idea what are they
Such as tungsten carbide, phase (as in single phase or three phase. Haven't seen double or two phase yet but let me know if there is such a thing), ventilation(is it some kind of cooling system?), and frequency converter(what does it do?)

I am having very hard time one looking at the specs please help me one those terms above
and also I was wondering if tungsten carbide burrs and conical burrs are the same thing
If it is not could you tell me the difference between these two and what are the pros and cons on using either one?

sorry about so much questions but I was having real tough time on comparing some grinders since I am a newbie.

thanks for your time and hope to get some answers.

p.s I'm not looking for only espresso grinder more like multi function or willing to get one for espresso use and one for drip or blewing. Currently not owning a shops or anything but will do in the future

Sounds like you are looking for a commercial type of grinder. Is that the case? If not going with a higher end grinder like the Baratza Vario might be what you are looking for. Hope this helps.
