The MF800 connects to the laptop through the USB port. Check the side or rear of the unit for the USB connection. If you don’t see it, check the manual for the exact port location for your specific MF800 model.

Perhaps take some photos and post them?

Maybe there's a rubber preservation stopper over the USB port.

Also, note that a USB-A port is a relatively large rectangular slot, whereas a USB-C port is a rather small oval shaped slot. Maybe you're expecting a different kind of USB and it's actually right in front of you.

Yes preferably one of the tighter usb ports on that model..well hello I’m here either way on the forums for your tech needs..I’ve got a long record of good tech and work with pcs I use to even run excel entries for roofing and a shingle business. Right now been build my gaming stuff and recently acquired some more china mid range parts. This Juxieshi/machinst b450 is no exception very strong 6 phase design and packing a punch into micro boards..and the performance with the child shield energizer CMOs.
