Hey coffee addcits,
I'm Mattia, 31 years old, native-Itaian but I have been living in Costa Rica for 2.5 years now. Before coming to Costa Rica a lived in Germany (actually I grew up there) and worked ten years as a barista in a coffee shop (not third wave).
In Costa Rica, I started to work for a specialty coffee exporting company and in a coffee school creating some courses about brewing and roasting. Nowadays, I'm consulting people in roasting their coffees and give advices to people who want to open up their coffee shops. Beside I'm working on other coffee-related projects.
I registered as I wanted to know more people from around the world and interchange opinions, knowledge and our passion. I'm looking forward to have a great information exchange with you and I hope I can contribute to this forum.
