Help with flavoring

We are a small roastery in middle Ga. For the holiday season I’d like to make a pecan coffee roast. Can anyone help with making a pecan flavored coffee. I need beans flavored. I’ve tried the alcohol based concentrates and it tasted chemically. Any tips would be appreciated
