I have diffcult to price the 16oz coffee drinks. How many shoots (one shoot = 7g espresso) in 16oz. What charbucks do? I heared that If i put only one shoot, the tast is thin, but if I put two shoots i have charge higher price that customers do not like high price? Should I charge one shoot for 2.75 and charge another shoots for $0.3 on customers requested?

Please help me decide.

You need to figure of the cost of All of your consumables:

Cups:
Lids:
beans:
straws:
milk:
flavor:
even time of you want.
And then you can determine the " cost" of the drink and each component.

There are spreadsheets out there, which break down the categories, and allow you to enter in the variables. And maybe someone will share one ;)
The cost of the extra shot is negligible (minor) compared to the " quality" of the drink experience.

Simple, our standard is: 8 and 12 oz come as single shot drinks, 16 and 20 oz comes with double shots unless customer only wants a single, and 32 oz (usually iced) comes with 4 shots, unless customer requests less shots. Then you can adjust extra shot costs accordingly.
